Edward C. Russell
Born and raised in Bangor, Ed has practiced in the area for more than 35 years. He specializes in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate law, representing lenders, title insurers, realtors, developers, buyers and sellers. Ed is an experienced real estate litigator on such issues as boundary disputes, partition actions, and court actions to resolve complex title issues.
He is chairman of both the Winterport Cemetery District Board of Trustees and the Winterport Zoning Board of Appeals. He has appeared before many Planning Boards on zoning and land-use issues, representing both developers and neighbors of proposed developments. Ed is also experienced in dealing with complicated estates that need to get organized and resolved.
He is a past President of the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House of Bangor. Ed is lead vocalist and plays saxophone and flute as part of the longtime local band, NEVAH.
